CHANGE TO SERVICE PRICING

We will be implementing a change to our chemical service pricing.
How our pricing will be changed; we are breaking down our pricing to “base price + product”.
What does this mean?
We will be using an app called ‘SalonScale’ to measure the amount of product used during your service. What this means for you is you are never paying for more than what is used for product and the pricing is customized as to what service you are receiving.
Why the change?
In the five years we have been open we have strived to keep our pricing as fair as possible. However, as we have navigated through these past two years, we are constantly seeing price increases, some product lines up to three separate times, and we can no longer eat the price of these increases. As we believe we provide a luxury service, our prices will start to reflect that, while still keeping budget friendly options on the menu. Our prices will reflect the amount of hair on your head and the work we provide at each service. If you have further questions or are wanting to discuss a service to better suit your budget, feel free to reach out to your stylist.

CANCELLATION / no show / LATE POLICY
Our employees depend on you to respect their availability,
please make every effort to arrive for your scheduled time, which is reserved especially for you.
We reserve the option to administer a cancellation fee or a minimum of a
30% charge of the reserved service with less than 24 hours notice.
"No shows" will be administered a 100% reserved service amount.
If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, please give a call or text to your stylist at 780.569.0523, any later than 15 minutes past appointment time will either result in a change of service to accommodate late timing or it will be considered a “no show”.
K.O. Hair Lounge holds the right to refuse services for clients
who have no call no showed for any and all future appointments.
In addition, K.O. Hair Lounge reserves the rights to charge
for any appointments that are missed without notice.
Fees will be added to your bill.
